4,Err <br />Police Code Enforcement Unit <br />Summary of Activities <br />1215 Everett Avenue <br />04/08/15: An inspection revealed property vacant and structure on site unsecured and open <br />to trespass <br />04/08/15: An Order of the City of Everett Code Official was issued for vacant and <br />unsecured and dangerous structure. <br />04/09/15: Violation Citation is issued for violations of the City's EMC for allowing the <br />residential and accessory structures on the property to become dangerous and <br />unfit for human habitation and become an attractive nuisance. <br />04/09/15: The Violation Citation is posted on the property. <br />04/10/15: The City posted the property as condemned. <br />04/17/15: Deadline for corrective action to secure the residential structure from trespass and <br />removal of discarded items in yards. <br />04/20/15: Abatement completed by Combined Construction, Inc. <br />05/05/15: Notice of abatement cost sent via regular, certified mail and posting. <br />05/28/15: Hearing. Hearing Examiner issues an Order requiring that the Respondent shall <br />maintain the vacant structures on site from trespass and to apply for and obtain all <br />required City permits to bring the structure into compliance. A fine of $500.00 <br />was imposed for violations of IPMC 108.1.5(7) 1. <br />06/08/15: Notice of Council Hearing is sent certified and posted on property. <br />06/24/15: Council Hearing. <br />
