We would like the opportunity to do final <br />_nspections so that we may issue a Certificate of Occupancy for your project. If you wish to <br />prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 2) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
