The <br />building will be a modular or manufactured buidling, approximately 5,500 square feet (See Site Plan) <br />Proponent: American Boilerworks <br />Location of proposal. including s�reet address: The proposed project will take place on port -owned property <br />east of the Collins Building. Because the project site is currently vacant of any building ther is no street <br />address. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(C). This <br />decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the <br />lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. (The environmental checklist is available <br />from the Port of Everett.) <br />X There is no comment period for this DNS. <br />This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2) and Port resolution 614, section 6.1 (see attachment), which <br />requires a DNS for lease developments; the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days from the date <br />below.
