4111 <br /> I P1 T <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4331 <br /> A resolution for waiving the public bidding requirements and for the sole source purchase <br /> from FM Systems Inc. for an animal cremation system for the Everett Animal Shelter. <br /> Whereas, the Everett Animal Shelter requires an animal cremation system; and <br /> Whereas, FM Systems Inc. of Wheat Ridge, Colorado is the regional distributor of the <br /> Shenandoah Manufacturing Company of Harrisonburg, Virginia; and <br /> Whereas, Shenandoah Manufacturing Company is the manufacturer of the Shenandoah P25- <br /> 2GLP Animal Cremation System, the only system that meets the Animal Control Department's <br /> operational needs; and <br /> Whereas, funds are available in the Animal Shelter Construction Fund 367, <br /> Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett that the purchase of <br /> the Shenandoah Animal Cremation System is clearly and legitimately limited to a single <br /> source, FM Systems Inc., and that the Purchasing Division is authorized to purchase this <br /> cremation system.
