4M7r <br />Police Code Enforcement Unit <br />Summary of Activities <br />2018 Chestnut Street <br />03/26/15: An inspection of the property revealed that the structure was unsecure and open to <br />trespass. <br />04/04/15: The Owner signed a Request for Abatement, Right of Entry and Waiver and <br />Release giving authority to the City to secure the structure on site and to abate all <br />violations on the property. <br />04/20/15: Abatement completed by Combined Construction, Inc. <br />05/05/15: Notice of abatement cost sent via regular, certified mail and posting. <br />06/15/15: Notice of Council Hearing is sent certified and posted on property. <br />06/24/15: Council Hearing. <br />
