EXHIBIT "B" <br /> LID No. 735 <br /> Evergreen Way Street Improvement <br /> Pecks Dr. to 52nd Street <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO BE CONSTRUCTED <br /> Evergreen Way - <br /> A seven-lane standard street improvement, as adopted by the Everett City Council on <br /> April 12, 1978. Said standard Street improvement is to include pavement widening with <br /> curb, gutter and sidewalks, and on-street public parking facilities in locations to be <br /> determined in the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer. The on- <br /> street public parking facilities shall be adjacent to the standard improvement. <br /> 52 nd Street - <br /> Widen pavement to match existing improvement on East side of Evergreen Way; curb , <br /> gutter, and sidewalk on South side to Fleming St. <br /> 57th Street- <br /> Widen to 26 foot pavement with curb, gutter, and sidewalks on North and South sides to <br /> Fleming Street. <br /> Highway Place - <br /> Maintain 32 foot pavement , and install curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the South side <br /> and, in addition to the improvements described above; all necessary appurtenances as <br /> determined by the City Engineer to include, but not limited to, storm drainage, <br /> landscaping, and traffic signal improvements. <br />
