This permit will remain valid until November 13, 1999. If work is begun within <br /> that time period, the permit may be maintained in an active status by requesting inspection at <br /> leazt once each 180 days to document progress. If work ceases for more than 180 days, the <br /> permit will expire; rhe Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be emended <br /> more than once.
