RESOLUTION NO. 4279 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a portion of 38th Street, East of <br /> McDougall Street & West of the Interstate 5 Right-of-Way, Everett WA, described as <br /> follows: <br /> THAT PORTION OF 38TH STREET LOCATED EAST OF MCDOUGALL STREET AND <br /> WEST OF THE INTERSTATE 5 RIGHT-OF-WAY; SITUATED IN THE SOUTHWEST <br /> QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 05 EAST, W.M., <br /> COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF WASHINGTON. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those portions of the <br /> 38th Street right-of-way described above and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for <br /> the vacation of said portion of 38th Street right-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for July 3, 1996 at 8:30 A.M., in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein <br /> described. <br /> Counci •- •"n'ro•ucing Reso,; <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of June, 19•• <br /> 7 - � <br /> ouncil resident <br /> kt:vac1b.doc <br />
