Everett Po/ice Department Code Enforcement Unit April 20, 2015 Case # CE15-0357 ORDER OF THE CITY OF EVERETT CODE OFFICIAL Property: 3135 Tulalip Avenue, Everett, WA 98201 Lynda Yost P O Box # 54 Everett, WA 98206 Property Owner You are the owner of record of the above referenced property (the "Property"). On April 13, 2015 the residence on this property was involved in a structure fire with extensive damage done. Large portions of the structure were damaged leaving it structurally unsafe and open to trespass. Exterior nuisance conditions continue to exist on the property including junk, trash, litter, discarded furniture and household goods. Pursuant to my authority as the Code Official under the International Property Maintenance Code Section 108.2, I hereby order you, Lynda Yost to secure the residence by boarding up the residence in accordance with Appendix A of the IPMC (attached) so as not to be an attractive nuisance. I further order you to remove all exterior nuisance conditions on the property, which will include; • Litter, junk, and trash throughout the property in violation of EMC 8.20.020, (A) • Discarded furniture and household goods in violation of EMC 8.20.020, (C) ACTION REQUIRED: You must properly secure the residence and remove the exterior nuisances by Thursday April 23, 2015, no later than 5:00 pm. FAILURE TO COMPLY: If you fail to comply with this order, the city will board up the residence in accordance with appendix A of the IPMC after 5:00pm on April 24, 2015 and no later than April 27, 2015. Any cost of the boarding -up the residence and abatement of the exterior nuisances will be at your sole expense and may become a lien on your property if you fail to reimburse the City for its costs.
