; . : � � n c R � r M � N �r THIS AGREEMENT entered into the date last written by and between the CITY OP' EVERETT, a municipal corporation, herei.na�ter referred to as "CITY" , and hereinafter referred to as "PERMITTEE" : W I T N E S S E T H: That pursuant to Section 1601 (d) of the U�III'ORtt BOILDING � CUD�, the P�RMITTEE herein agrees as rol].ows in consideration of the CITY issuing a permit for the establishment of a temporary use rof a commercial coach, mobile home or portable unit : I I The PERMITTEE agrees to locate said commercial coach, mobi.le home, or portable unit in accorda.nce with a i�lol plan approved by the Building Official. II The PERMITTEE agrees that before such commercial �oach, mobile home, or portable unit is placed upon said property that it shall have attached to it the state approval seal and shall be used for purposes nermitted under such sea]. . III The PER:�IITTEE agrees to remove said commercial coach, mobile home or portable unit no later than the o.f , 19 Should the PERf4ITTEE fail or refuse to so remove such commercial coach, mobile home, or portable unit, the CITY is hereby authorized and given the right to enter upon the premises and remove it after the expi.ration date as herein provided, providing the premises are posted giving notica of such removal at least £orty-eight (48) hours before said action. IV The CITY sha11 remove said commercial coach, moi�i.le home, or portable unit to the nearest storage yard cahere such commercial coacli, mobile homes, or other portable units are commercially stored and the PERMITTE� hereby grants to such storage yard a lien on such commercial coach, mobile home, or portable unit to pay for the cost of such storage. In the event the PEFtf4ITTEE should fail to pay for such Storage and redeem the property within one hundred (100) days the Storage yard is hereby given authority to sell such property in the open marl:et through �dvertised bidding by giving notice in a ' � .�. - �
