G- These interim regulations are necessary to make the City' s <br /> Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan consistent with Judge Farris' <br /> oral decision, to make other necessary revisions to said <br /> regulations and for the immediate preservation and protection of <br /> public health and safety; <br /> H- The City should revise the moratorium so it does not apply to <br /> those parcels designated as eligible sites by Judge Farris in the <br /> transcript of her April 12, 1996, oral decision.
