RESOLUTION NO 4259 PROPOSED VACATION of the Westerly portion of West Marine View Drive lying North of 18th Street and described as follows: That portion of Section 18, Township 29 North, Range 5 East W.M. described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast concrete monument with brass cap shown on Record of Survey filed in Book 35 of Surveys page 35, records of Snohomish County, Washington; Thence N 89°43'44" E (basis of bearings per city project survey), a distance of 1.29 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of West Marine View Drive as said right-of-way is shown on the Record of Survey filed in Book 20 of Surveys on page 271, records of said county; Thence N 00°41'11"W along said right- of-way line a distance of 191.07 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing N00°41'11"W a distance of 885.69 feet; Thence N 89°18'49" E a distance of 11.93 feet; Thence S00°43'06" E a distance of 246.35 feet; Thence S 11°34'37"W a distance of 39.92 feet; Thence S 00°34'06" E a distance of 588.40 feet to a point on a curve to the left at which point the radial center bears S 70°30'55" E distant 180.4 feet; Thence along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 3°59'21" an arc distance of 12.56 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
