Wc have agrccd with thc Port on how much of the oriainal 2.4 CI=S will remain once the subject stormwater re-routing is co:nplete. That infonnation was provided tu Fishennen's Bo:�t Inc., so 0.1 l CFS is probably correct. Ho�vcver, you (or somconc clsc) should vcrify this with Kirk. =1) Thc hydraulic report submitted is dated 1995 for a 0.21 CPS discharge. A revised hydraulic rcport should bc submitted based upon a 0.1 l CPS discharge and an orifice clischargc. 5) A conu�ol su�ucture will be required that ensures tha[ f7ows above 0.1 I CFS bypasses die con�bined sewer system.
