� i ATTACIiMENT "A" 1. Construction or substantial progress tov�ard construction of a project must be undertaken within 2 years after final approval of the permit, and completeu �uithin five years. If the project has not been completed in this cime span the permit will be reviewed by the Planning Department who will do one of following: ex!end the permit for one year, or terminate the permit. 2. A Public Works and Buildin� permit are required. 3. Comply with the City Sprinkler Ordinance and the Uniform Building code regarding the proximity of the new building to existing buildings and the total size of buildings. 4. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of the structure. M additional hydrant must be installed. The location of the hydrant must be approved by the Fire Marshal. 5. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum lJL rating of 2A must be provided within 75 feet travel distance on each floor of all portions of eac�� building during construction. ' 6. The premises must be clearly identified by address at the street entry. Each building must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Individual apartments must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. 7. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARkING- FIRE LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOW AWAY ZONE."
