� i <br /> ATTACIiMENT "A" <br /> 1. Construction or substantial progress tov�ard construction of a project must be <br /> undertaken within 2 years after final approval of the permit, and completeu �uithin <br /> five years. If the project has not been completed in this cime span the permit will <br /> be reviewed by the Planning Department who will do one of following: ex!end the <br /> permit for one year, or terminate the permit. <br /> 2. A Public Works and Buildin� permit are required. <br /> 3. Comply with the City Sprinkler Ordinance and the Uniform Building code <br /> regarding the proximity of the new building to existing buildings and the total <br /> size of buildings. <br /> 4. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of the <br /> structure. M additional hydrant must be installed. The location of the hydrant <br /> must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 5. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum lJL rating of 2A must be provided <br /> within 75 feet travel distance on each floor of all portions of eac�� building during <br /> construction. ' <br /> 6. The premises must be clearly identified by address at the street entry. Each <br /> building must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access <br /> road. Individual apartments must be clearly identified so as to be visible and <br /> legible from the access road. <br /> 7. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire <br /> lanes shall be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARkING- <br /> FIRE LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOW <br /> AWAY ZONE."
