A <br /> construction contract has been issued and is in progress to consiruct these facilities at the WPCF. li;�liues <br /> now needs to implement the recommendations made in the IiDR study to reduce odor released from the <br /> coilection system. HDR is prepa�ed to design and p�ovide construction support for hvo carbon filters. One <br /> system will be constructed at the north end of Shadowood Drive and dte second system�.�ill be constructed <br /> on Lowell Road near Gale Place. <br /> RECOMIVIENDATION: <br /> Utiliues reconunends that the Ciry Council authorize the �Iayor to si;n Amendment No. 2 to the Professional <br /> Services Agreement be[ween che City of Everett and.
