Contractor agrees co register and obtaia any State of Washington business licenses, Department of Revenue account and/or unified busines�_, identifier number as required by RCW 50.04.140 and 51.08.195 prior to performing any work pursuant to this Agreement. 16. Waiver. Any waiver by the Contractor or the City o: the breach of any provision of this IAgreement by the other party will not operate to be construed as a waiver of any , subseauent breach by either party or prevent either parry from therea8er enforcing any such provisions. , 17. Severabilirv. If any part of[his Agreement is found to be in conflict with applicable la�vs, such part shall be inoperative, null and void, insofar as it is in conflict with said laws, the remainder of the Agreemeat shall remain in full foree and effect. 20.
