A construction contract has <br /> been issued and is in pro�ress to construct these facilities at the R'PCF. The <br /> recommendations made in the HDR srudy to reduce odor released from the <br /> collection system now needs to be implemented. HDR is prepazed to design and <br /> provide construction support for two carbon filtecs.
