These <br /> comments address building issues only, addidonal revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform <br /> Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code <br /> 1995 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to �provide the Building llivision w�th two complete new sets ot' drawings <br /> retTecting the corrections requested. <br /> 1. For the purposes of determining the required wail and opening protection, an assumed <br /> property lme must be placed between buildings located on the same property. <br /> An assumed property ]ine must be locaterl 20 feet minimum from the existing type II FR <br /> apartment building. In order to have unprotected openings and no parapets the proposed <br /> building must be locateci 10 feet minimum from the assumed property line. <br /> An assumed property line must aiso be located between the proposed building and the <br /> proposed carport, Each structure must be located 10 feet minimum from the assumed <br /> property line to allow unprotected openings. Section 503.3, Table 5-A. <br /> 2. Please provide details of the curb ramp from the accessible parldng stall to the sidewalk. <br /> 3. A 60" minimum unobstructed floor space is required inside the toilet room doors. <br /> Section 1106.10.3. <br /> 4. Drinking fountains located in alcoves must have a 48" minimum alcove width.
