For the purposes of determining the required wall and opening protection, an <br /> assumed property line must be placed between buildings located on the same <br /> property. <br /> An assumed property line must be located 20 feet minimum from the existing <br /> type II FR apartment building. In order to have unprotected openings and no <br /> parapets the proposed building must be located 10 feet minimum from the <br /> assumed property line. <br /> An assumed property line must also be located between the prcposed building <br /> and the proposed carport. Each structure must be located 10 feet minimum <br /> from the assumed property line to allow unprotected openinc�s.
