This is our standard <br /> easement form and we believe, serves the purpose of clarifying the terms of the <br /> easement. <br /> Also please find attached a copy of the Staturory Warranty Deed that was sent to us to <br /> act as an easement. We are troubled by the attempt to convey an easement on a deed <br /> form. The possibility of misunderstandin�; the rights that would be conveyed may not <br /> be in either party's best interest. <br /> Piease review the easement attiched and call me at 259-8941 if you hzve any questions <br /> or concerns. We are happy that we have heen able to find a win/win solution with the <br /> pa:king on Right-of-Way and hope that th�, sidewalk easemen[ made necessary by this <br /> parking does not create time or work problems for any of the parties. <br /> Thank you for your assistance and atte�rtion to this matter.
