3. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction <br /> Standards. A minimum of 4 parking spaces must be provided. (SEPA <br /> Transportation Policies) • <br /> 4. A sight obscuring fence a minimum of 6 feet in height must be provided <br /> around the site to provide screening o° the stora6e area per Section <br /> 19.30.020 of the Zoning Code. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) <br /> 5, If the proposed fill is intended to support structures at a later date, <br /> the fill shall be placed in accordance with Chapter �0 of the 1982 <br /> Uniform Building Code. Should the applicant not wish to construct a <br /> fill intended to support a structure at a later date, he is required to <br /> submit a letter to the City so stating. The letter will be recorded <br /> against the property. (SEPA Other Policies) <br /> 6. If the storm drainage is directly dlscharged to Snoliomish River, <br /> on-site detention will not be required. A down stream analysis must be � <br /> made to ensure that properties are not impacted by this proposal. The <br /> proposed culvert must be sized to handle a 25 Year storm. (Ordinance <br /> 670-80 and SEPA Utilities ahd Public Services Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a <br /> probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental <br /> Impact Statement is not required under flCW 43.21C.030(2)(c) . This <br /> determination assumes compliance with state law and City ordinances related to <br /> general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br /> improcement requirements, drainage, etc. Thia decision was made after revie�� <br /> of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the <br /> lead agency. This inFormation is available to tiie public on request.
