Discharge to the Snohomish River without detention or paying a <br /> drainage fee. This is the City's preferred option. <br /> b. Discharge to City's combined sewer system and provide on-site <br /> detention. <br /> c. Discharge to City's combined sewer system and pay a drainage fee <br /> in lieu of on-site detention. <br /> For stormwatec• runoff quality control a method for sediment removal <br /> must be provided. Also, any process water must be physically removed <br /> and isolated from the on-site drainage systems. (Ordinance o70-80 and <br /> SEPA Water and Utilities Policies) <br /> 7. The existing water system can supply only 2,000 bpm. If the Fire <br /> Marshal determines that more gpm`s are necessary, a computer simulation <br /> will be required of the water system to determine if water system <br /> improvements are needed. (Ordinance 493-78 and the Standards and <br /> Specifications t4anual) (SEPA Utilities and Public Services Policies) <br /> 8. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City desiQi and construction <br /> standards. Per Section 19.40.030 of the Zoning Code, the 17 parking <br /> spaces shown on the site plan must be provided. (SEPA <br /> Transportation/Cireulation Policies) <br /> 9. All aetivity on the site must be in compliance with the City's Noise <br /> Ordinance. Maximum permissible noise levels for this pro�ect would be <br /> 70 dB(A) received 3n ad�acent M-1 zoned property, 65 dB(A) received in <br /> ad�acent C-1 zoned property and 60 dB(A) received in residentially <br /> zoned properties.
