Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br /> SL•andards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br /> sita parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br /> construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br /> public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required pr'.or to any permits being issued. A11 <br /> impr�ovements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br /> Qccupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br /> during construction. Dust suporession and street cleaning must occur <br /> as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 3• P�rformance guarantees are required for the street and utility <br /> construction. <br /> 4. A one-year gua:antee is required on the public street and utillT,ies for <br /> an amount not less than 10$ of the cost of construction and shall run <br /> for one year from the dat� of issuance of the Occupancy Permit for the <br /> pro,ject. <br /> 5• A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or <br /> other drainage treatment/abatem:�nt facilities serving areas larger than <br /> one acre. <br /> 6. On-site Natermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The <br /> easement wi11 be submitted to the City prior to the issuance of permits. <br /> 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be <br /> required to be submitted per City design and construction standards and <br /> specific:,tions. <br /> 8.
