Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction SL•andards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing sita parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required pr'.or to any permits being issued. A11 impr�ovements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the Qccupancy Permit is issued. 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suporession and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 3• P�rformance guarantees are required for the street and utility construction. 4. A one-year gua:antee is required on the public street and utillT,ies for an amount not less than 10$ of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the dat� of issuance of the Occupancy Permit for the pro,ject. 5• A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage treatment/abatem:�nt facilities serving areas larger than one acre. 6. On-site Natermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement wi11 be submitted to the City prior to the issuance of permits. 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per City design and construction standards and specific:,tions. 8.
