Three antenn,as are proposed to be mou�ted on the <br /> tower. The equipment building will be approximately eight feet <br /> high with agqregate light tan wal�s• clone fence, and equipment <br /> building will be enclosed 40 X 40 cy <br /> The site is located to the east of an asphalt batch plant and t� <br /> the west of the Snohomish to erris located nearbp ad yard. An <br /> approximately 80 foot high <br /> Conclusions: The tower and equipment building are c�nsidered <br /> compatible with the surroundiag properties an3 cast minimal <br /> shadow. <br /> 6, The number, si2e and location of signs, especiaily as they <br /> relate to more sensitive land uses. <br /> Findings: Sign Category D applies to the use. No signs ara <br /> proposed. <br /> Conclusions: There will be no impact from siqns. <br /> 7. The landscaping, bufferinq and screening of buildinqs, parkinq, <br /> laading and storaqe areas, especially as they relate to more <br /> sensitive land uses. <br /> Findings: Landscape Cateqory C applies. The site is located a <br /> significant distance from the public streets and residential <br /> properties. <br /> Conclusi.ons: No landscaping is required. <br /> g, The generation of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, dust, � <br /> �dor, glare, visual blight or other undesirable impacts. <br /> Findinqs: The proposal will generate no known nuisance. <br /> � <br />
