Per our discussions, we aze tuming in three complete sets of architectural and structural plans � <br /> and calculations for a total of twenty units, which cons;st of a total of five four-plex units. <br /> Our civil work is Uehind schedule and I requested that we be allowed to submit for perrnit and vest <br /> under the 1994 UBC, since our work for the architecturaVstructural portion was complete. You agreed <br /> to this request and we will be making a deferred submittal for the civil engineering plans and site <br /> engineering, including utilities, storrn drainage, sewer, etc. at a later date. <br /> If you have auy questions conceming our civil application you can speak with our civil engineer, Ke�� <br /> Long of Western Surveyors.
