A covered metal container must be provided for the disposal of combustible <br /> waste in the laundry room. <br /> 35. Trash Collection - Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum <br /> of five feet from the building [UFC 1103.2.2, 1994 Edition]. <br /> 36. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br /> reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during <br /> construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br /> exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site, and installing and <br /> maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a <br /> major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br /> Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br /> 37. The proposal must also comply with all other City Code and Ordinance requirements not <br /> specifically set forth herein. <br /> APPEALS TO HEARING EXAMINER FOR BINDING SITE PLANS: All appeals of decisions <br /> relating to binding site plans shall be made to the Hearing Examiner. Such appeals must be <br /> made in writing and filed with the office of the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) working days <br /> from the date o� which the preliminary decision was rendered. The written appeal shail include <br /> a detailed explanation stating the reason for the appeal. The decision of the Hearing Examiner <br /> shall be thz final action unless appealed to City Council. <br /> Standing to appeal is limited to the following: <br /> 1) the applicant or owner of the property on which the Binding Site Plan is proposed; 2) any <br /> property owner who deems himself a59rieved and wili thereby suffer a direct and substantial <br /> imp�,r,t for the proposed Binding Site Plan.
