The exposed subgrade should be proofrolled to reveal <br /> any soft spots . All soft br yielding areas should be removed, and <br /> replaced with structural fill compacted to 908 of the ASTM D-1557 <br /> maximum dry density value (modi'fied proctor) . <br /> We recommend a pavinq section which consists of four ( 4 ) inches of <br /> crushed rock top course and two (2) inches of Class A asphaltic <br /> concrete meeting WSDOT specir'ications for passenger car traffic.
