Mr . Wehmeyer is <br /> agreeable to record the short plat iE our project receives HUD <br /> approvals and we will not request to pick up the building permit il <br /> until it ie recorded to your satisfaction . <br /> We do not expect a problem in securing the fuading , but also ! <br /> understand Mr .
