Warren Wehmeyer to Uuild a low income <br /> apartment project under the HUD 202 program. Onder the terms oF the <br /> purchase agreement , the land seller will not record the :�hort pLat <br /> which tlie City has already passed , until he is certain the apartment <br /> project will be built . We cannot get HUD ' s Firm CommitmenL• of funds <br /> until the City has reviewed our drawings and the architect has <br /> completed the final documents . I have attached a copy of the title <br /> report plot plan ahowing the location of the property. <br /> We ask that you waive the City policy requiring the short plat being <br /> recorded before you procesa our building permit application and or <br /> review our preliminary drawings for [he apartment . Mr . Wehmeyer is <br /> agreeable to record the short plat iE our project receives HUD <br /> approvals and we will not request to pick up the building permit il <br /> until it ie recorded to your satisfaction . <br /> We do not expect a problem in securing the fuading , but also ! <br /> understand Mr .
