The pro�ect is <br /> designed for exclusive use by low income elderly and handicapped persona for the entire 40 <br /> year term of t ei�ortgage as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, <br /> Section 202 Program. The pro�ect also includes a written guarantee by the U.S. Government <br /> of a 20 year, 100% Section 8 subsidy which guaranteea that rents will not exceed 30% of an <br /> individual's gross monthly income.
