II <br /> Also, a Parking Variance is requested to allow 19 parking <br />, spaces i�stead of the Code requirement of 57. <br /> LOC._TION: 16th Ave. S.E. , north of 112th St. S.E. <br /> RCCOP4fENDATIONS: Without blueprints of the layout of the apts. , it is ex- <br /> tremely difficult to make recommendations other than if <br /> there is common entrance that it be locked with intercom <br /> and electronic access for acceptable visitors. If 24-hour <br /> supervision, intercome and elactronic access can be with <br />, front desk. Also, install monitored alarm system with <br />, remote paic sensors for staff.
