<br /> This proposal is for a 38 unit subsidized apartment building serving low to moderate income
<br /> elderly and handicapped persons. The pro�ect consist,> of 9 seudio units and 29 one bedroom
<br /> unite, 4 of which are deaigned for use by physi.al].y handicapped persona. The pro�ect is
<br /> designed for esclusive use by low income elderly and handicapped persona for the entire 40
<br /> year term of t e mi�rtgage aa required by the Depart��ent of Housing and Urban Development,
<br /> Sec[ion 202 Program. The project also includes a wrltten guarantee by the U.S. Government
<br /> of a 20 year, 100� Section 8 subsidy which guaranteea that rents will not exceed 30% of a❑
<br /> individual's gross monthly income. This pro3ect site consists of a 1.33 acre lot.
<br /> Also, a Parking Variance is requeated te allow 19 parking spaces instead of the Code '
