A traffic stedy completed by an expert Traffic Engineer. The <br /> ���� Engineer should contact Dave Davis, City of Everett Traffic <br /> , Enqineer at 259-8800 to determine the contents of the study. <br /> � 2. A wetla,�ds study completed by an expert in wetlands. The study ' <br /> I �� should identify existing wetlands on the site, discuss the I <br /> functions provided by the wetlands �storage, filtration, habitat, j <br /> etc. ) , discuss the modifications proposed, the impacts of I <br /> proposed modifications, and any mitigation measures proposed. <br /> f � � The City recently became aware that wetlands existed on the site <br /> "`°'� due to review of a study of the properties to the north. If you <br /> have any questions regarding the wetlands information requested, <br /> please contact Mary Cunningham, Associate Planner at 259-8731. <br /> i "°`► 3 .
