The subject properry is located nor[h of Silver � <br /> T.ake, adjacent to 16th Avenue SE uear Stockshow ltoad (Sec[ion 19, Township 28 North, <br /> ltange 5 East, W.M,). The south properry line lies approsimaeely 200 feet nordi of <br /> Stockshow Road. The projact site plan is divided into Pha:e I and lI. The Phasa I ponion <br /> is We 114 scre pazcel of land invesdgated and discussed in this report (Figure 1). The <br /> Phasa II property is located directly east of 1Gth Avenue SE and is the subject azea for ! <br /> storm water storage and po[ential mitigation. <br /> 1'opographic relief across the Phase I property is gende with approximately 20 feet <br /> maximum change from the highes� point in the nonhwest :,orner to th� lowest poinc in the <br /> northeast corner. The narural topography docs nac concain any sceep slope features. The <br /> � central portion of the site does wn[ain shallow depressions that apparently collect seasonal <br /> i ��'� surface water runoff. Somz of t6ese depressions are swale-]ike; however, they are not <br /> �`� connected as a single continuous feature. 'i'he majority of chu pr�nerry is dominated by an <br /> , immature growth af deciduous vegetation indicadng fairly recent disturbances. A well- <br /> stocked, second growth coniferous forest u found on thn sligliily higher, western and <br /> I !r'+ northem partions of the propeny. <br /> 1�ue to the potenual for wedands to be present in the central deprzssions of the property, I <br /> ' �„� an on-site invesdgation was conducted.
