The subject properry is located nor[h of Silver � T.ake, adjacent to 16th Avenue SE uear Stockshow ltoad (Sec[ion 19, Township 28 North, ltange 5 East, W.M,). The south properry line lies approsimaeely 200 feet nordi of Stockshow Road. The projact site plan is divided into Pha:e I and lI. The Phasa I ponion is We 114 scre pazcel of land invesdgated and discussed in this report (Figure 1). The Phasa II property is located directly east of 1Gth Avenue SE and is the subject azea for ! storm water storage and po[ential mitigation. 1'opographic relief across the Phase I property is gende with approximately 20 feet maximum change from the highes� point in the nonhwest :,orner to th� lowest poinc in the northeast corner. The narural topography docs nac concain any sceep slope features. The � central portion of the site does wn[ain shallow depressions that apparently collect seasonal i ��'� surface water runoff. Somz of t6ese depressions are swale-]ike; however, they are not �`� connected as a single continuous feature. 'i'he majority of chu pr�nerry is dominated by an , immature growth af deciduous vegetation indicadng fairly recent disturbances. A well- stocked, second growth coniferous forest u found on thn sligliily higher, western and I !r'+ northem partions of the propeny. 1�ue to the potenual for wedands to be present in the central deprzssions of the property, I ' �„� an on-site invesdgation was conducted.
