Do not allow Tier 2 or Tier 3 production and / or processing facilities. <br />Reason: Preserving industrial lands for targeted economic industry clusters such as aerospace, <br />biomedical, and technology. <br />2. Do not allow retail marijuana sales in the C-2 ES zone. <br />Reason: Encouraging redevelopment with transit oriented commercial and residential uses. <br />3. Require a minimum separation of 1,000 feet between production and /or processing facilities and <br />residential zones. <br />Reason: Potential for odor impacts from production and processing uses. <br />4. Require a minimum separation of 1,000 feet between each production / processing facility. <br />Reason: Prevent a clustering of production and /or processing uses and potential odor impacts of <br />having several such facilities in close proximity. <br />5. Do not allow production and / or processing facilities in the MS (Maritime Services) zone. <br />Reason: There is only one MS zone area, and it is intendedfor maritime industrial uses. <br />11 <br />
