E. , <br /> Everett, Washington <br /> This office has received a complaint in regardsto a dangerous <br /> situation located at the above referenced proper.ty in the area <br /> oi apaztment No. 17. <br /> An inspection of the area was made by this Department and the <br /> inspection revealed a broken guardrail on the window well of <br /> apartment 17. <br /> This office was advised that the Manager of the apartments was <br /> notifien of the situation and that the guardrail had been in <br /> this condition since August of this year. <br />� This is a hazardous and dangerous situation for toddlers playing <br /> in the area.
