The Washinb4on State Clean.�.ir Act requires the use of all known, available, and reasonable means of controlling air pollution,including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of maintaining gravel construction entrances. Consfruction vehicles track-out is also a major dust source. My evidence of track- out can trigger violations and fines from the Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency.
