(lot 29, Plat of Loganberry Estates Div. 2) crosses onto the adjacent lot(lot 28, Plat of <br /> Loganberry Estates Div. 2,AKA 9526 16�'Ave W.). The city Municipal code states: <br /> 14.08.170 Connection specifications. <br /> F. Before any side sewer may be located on any private property, other than <br /> tfiat owned by the owner of the side sewer, the owner of the side sewer shail <br /> secure from the owner of such property a written easement, duly acknowledged, <br /> granting the right to occupy such property for such purpose. Such written <br /> easement shall, by the owner of the sewer, be recorded in the cffice of the county <br /> auditor before the director of public works shall issue a permit authorizing the <br /> laying of the side sewer in any building site other than the one served by it. The <br /> owner shall exhibit to the director of public works the recording number of the <br /> easement when required to do so. <br /> To protect the rights of t6e future Fcopertv owners an easement must be drawn up and <br /> recorded against the properties. Lot 29 requires an easement across lot 28 for its side <br /> sewer.
