In <br />consideration for the beauty, shade, and increased property value my tree(s) will provide <br />me over the years, I hereby agree to perform the following to assure the survival and <br />health of the tree(s). <br />♦ During the hot dry weather of 2000 and 2001, I will water deeply (10-15 gallons) once <br />a week. <br />♦ In the spring of 2001, I will remove all stakes and ties. <br />♦ I will wait until May, 2001 to fertilize. <br />♦ Mulch will surround my tree(s) instead of lawn.
