Upon a recent inspection of your property, located at 2714 16ih Street, Everett, thc following violations of the Everett Municipal Code existed: The recent inspection and a review of records revealed the construction project that was done without required permlts in 2012 remains in violation. The addition has been fnished and occupied without the permits being given flnal inspection approval. A search of records revealed corrections noted on the scheduled inspF.ctions irduding lack of required fire walls, lack of grounded receptacles and other buildi �g and electrical code violations that may continue to exist on the property. The structure remains an "Unlawful Structure" as posted in 2012 although the placard was removed. These conditions are in violation of the following sections of the IPMC as adopted in the Everett Municipal Code: 201z International Propertv Maintenance Code (IPMC) as adopted in EMC Chaater I6.005.030 IPMC 108.1 General. When a structure or equipment is found by the code o�cialto be unsafe, or when a structure is found unfit for human occupancy, or is found unlawful, such structure shall be condemned pursuant to the provisions of this code.
