These inspections revealed the following violation of the Everett City Code: � City code section 1330.020 which provides as follows: Special, private use of city property — permit. No specia? or private use shall be made of any city right-of-way including, but not limited to, streets, alleys a�td sidewali:s, by any person, entiry or corporation without first having �ecured from the public works department the requisite permit and having paid the permit fee. The landscaping and railroad-tie retaining wall that is constructed within the public alleyway adjacent to your property has been found to limit vehicle maneuverability within the alley right- of-way. These obstructions from the City right-of-way must be removed no later than January 16, 2000. Should you fail to bring your property into compliance as required by law a violation may be issued to you, which could result in a fine and/or costs being assessed against you.
