This is a violation o£ Section 19.48.020 and Section <br />19.64.010 0£ che �erett Municipal Code, which requires that duplexes iu the <br />R-2 zone hace a minimum lot area o£ 7500 square feet and that building permits <br />should be ot�tnined for alterations and additions to structures. <br />To correct these violations, this structure must be returued to its original <br />use as a single family dwelling.
