She has a gold- <br />fish pond in her b ack yard and when she leaves the house, kids throw <br />things into the pond. They took a screen off a window and threw it into <br />the pond andrmany other objects. She has called the Police a number of <br />times and they go down, but nothing can be done. <br />Dr. Brust owns four lots to the right of her home and there are some <br />old buildings located on the lots. The kids use these buildings as a <br />hide-out. <br />I called Housing inspection and they are aware of the situation.
