We haue all <br />contacted you concerning these problems prior to this letter. H11 repairs are <br />underwarranty. <br />Each indiuidual resident who has submitted a job list will expect you to <br />contact them within ten (18) days of receipt of this letter to set up <br />scheduied dates and times for the comple4ion of their iisted items. Tt�e <br />necessary repairs for each indiuidual resident will be eKpected to be <br />completed within forty-fiue (45) days from your initial phone call with that <br />resident. <br />HII purchasers of Molly Court One and Two homes had to pay a S36B <br />homeowners association fee at the clase of escrow. Would you please inform <br />us in writing what was and is being done with this money, and where it is <br />presently located.
