The <br />necessary repairs for each indiuidual resident will be expected to be <br />compieted within forty-fiue (451 days trom your initial phone call with that <br />resident. <br />RII purchasers of Molly Court One and Two homes had to pay a S30B <br />homeowners association fee at the close of escrow. Wauld you please inform <br />us in writing what uras and is ��ing done with this money, and where it is <br />presentiy located.
