Some of these repairs are noted in the original walk through; <br />some of the repairs you haue uerbally agreed to complete. We haue all <br />contacted you concerning these problems priar to this letter. RII repairs are <br />under warranty. <br />Each indiuidual resident who has submitted a job list wiil ettpect you to <br />contact them within ten (1 B1 days of receipt af this letter to set up <br />scheduled dates and times far the completion of their listed items. The <br />necessary repairs far each indiuidual resident will be expected to be <br />completed within forty-fiue (45) days from your initial phone call with that <br />resident. <br />RII purchasers of Moily Court One and Two homes had to pay a S38B <br />homeowners association fee at the close of escrow. Would you ptease inform <br />us in writing what was and is being done with this money, and where it is <br />presently located.
