HII repairs are <br />underwarranty. <br />Each indiuidual resident who has submitted a job list will expect you to <br />contact them within ten (18) days of receipt of this Ietter to set up <br />scheduled dates and times for the completion of their listed items. The <br />necessary repairs for each indiuidual resident will be estpected to be <br />completed within torty-fiue (451 days irom your initiai phone call with that <br />resident. <br />HII purchasers of Molly Court One and Two homes had to pay a S3B8 <br />homeowners association fee at the ciose of escrow. Would you please inform <br />us in writing what was and is being done with this money, and where it is <br />presently located.
