The Planning Director is authorized Co designate front, rear and side setbacks in accordance with tt.e definitiona of Section 4. I= these definitions do not establish n front and rear setback, the Plannir.g Director shall establish these setbacks based upon orientation of the lot to surrounding lota and to any exicting development pattern. All other setbacks will be definzd in relation to the established front and rear setback. 39.160 Rooftop Appurtenances, L,equired Screeoiag• Vents, mechaaical penthouses, e evator equipment and similar appurtenances that extend above the roofline shall be landscaped or architecturally screened, except for rod and wire antennas and dish antennas approved pursuant to 39.040. No building, structure, object or groNth over thirty-sia (36) inches in height, measured from the mean grade of the intersecting streets, shall be allowed within this triangle.
