If <br />you wish to prevenc the peimit from e�cpiring without documentation of compleuon, you may <br />1) Request an inspection of woric that has occurred, to document con[inuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) 5ubmit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond wichin 10 days.
