(See aY:ached chronology for details) <br />Nearing completion of Phase I, you requested final inspection, etc. leading to the <br />issuar.ce oi Certificates of Occupancy. During this review, it was discovered <br />that sewer connection fees had not been paid, said feA� relating to the South End <br />Sewer Interceptor program. <br />As these were unanticipated costs, you requested that the bond for lSth Ave. be <br />released, thus freeir.; up funds to pay the sewer fees. An error was made by the <br />City, and the Casino Road fees you had �rovided bv letter of payment guarantee <br />were inadvertantly released rather than tFe bond for street improvements as you <br />requested.
