<br />And also granting te the Grantee and to those acting under said Gran`ee the
<br />use of such additiunal areu immediately adjacent to said easement as shall be
<br />required for the o nstruction and maintenance of the water main and appurtenanc�s
<br />in the above described easement such additional area to be held to a minimum and
<br />returned to its original state by the Grantee or its agents. .
<br />That said Grantee ��hall have the right without prior institution of any suit
<br />or proceuding at laei, at times as may be n�cessary, to enter upon said pi•operty
<br />for the purpose of constructing, repairiny, or altering; o-iithout incurrin9 any
<br />legal obligation or liability therefore; provided that S�.iCh constructing, repairing,
<br />altering, or reconstructing oT said ���ater main shall be acco.nplished in such a
<br />manner that the private improvements existing in this right-of-way shall not bc:
<br />disturbed or destroyed, or in the event they are dist�arbed or destroyed, they will
<br />be replaced in as 9ood a condition as they were immediately before the property
<br />was ent:ered upon by the 6rantee.
<br />The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said easeinent, so
<br />long as said use does not interfere tiith the installation and maintenance of the
<br />��ater mair, and so lonn as no perinanent buildings or structures are erected ori said
<br />easement.
<br />This easement shall be a covenant i�unning �•iith the land and shall be hinc�in9
<br />on the ;ur.cessors, heirs, and assigns o both parties hereon.
